At Rose & Rebel Salon we believe in transparency with each other, with the team and with our clients.

We want to be real with everyone, so please take the time to read the reasoning for implementation, expectations and finally the cancellation policy below.

Our stylists work on a commission basis and rely on consistent bookings in their day to be able to provide for themselves, their family, and maintain their personal financial obligations.  

When a cancellation occurs and we are unable to replace the booked time with comparable revenue, your stylist is taking a direct financial hit, and we (as a salon collective) implement cancellation policies to ensure our team can maintain their cost of living.

Our incredible Front Desk Team are messengers on behalf of your stylist when the policies are communicated, so we ask you to please treat them in a respectful manner as any pushback/rudeness via phone or in person to the team will be immediately escalated to your stylist and both salon- Our team expects each member to be treated with respect and kindness.  

Confirmation emails/texts are scheduled to be sent out 3 days (72 hours) before the appointment.  If the appointment is not confirmed through either method, then a courtesy call will be placed to the client to confirm the appointment.

As a reminder, Confirmation calls/emails/texts are a salon courtesy not an obligation; therefore, clients are responsible and expected to manage and mark their calendar.

Here is the cancellation policy: We appreciate your understanding with supporting your stylist when we must enforce our cancellation policy.  

Any appointments that are re-scheduled, cancelled, no showed, or change of service(s) within 48 hours of the booked appointment will be subjected to a 50% of services booked fee and that  amount will be allotted to your stylist for lost revenue. 

Re-booking  will proceed only when compensation is completed and any pre- booked appointments will be subjected to being cancelled by stylist if compensation is denied.
